This project was a mixed development consisting of 12 residential units and commercial space. The residential units range from mid-rise to high-rise, transitional and contemporary in design, that accommodate families looking to stay within a community setting but also have the flexibility to have their own garage or parking space on site while still enjoying the convenience of being close to other amenities such as schools, parks, employment centers and shopping centers, etc.
Project Stages
Initiation
The initiating processes define the project's nature and scope while also analyzing business requirements and setting measurable goals.
Planning
We properly allocate time, money, and resources to estimate the work that must be done and to manage risk during project execution.
Execution
Human resource allocation, coordination, and management, as well as other resources such as materials and budgets, are implemented during this phase.
Closing
The project or a project phase is formally closed after we complete all activities across all process groups.
