ONIRU 24 APARTMENT UNITS
This development in 2017 consisted of 24 units of 1 & 2 bedroom apartments on Palace Roadin Oniru, Victoria Island. It is a mid-rise building consisting of 26 floors and an underground car park. The project has a wide range of floor plans such as studio, 1 & 2 bedrooms and Apt loft apartments which will suit everyone’s taste from executive homes to single professionals.

Initiation

Planning

Execution
Human resource allocation, coordination, and management, as well as other resources such as materials and budgets, are implemented during this phase.
Closing
The project or a project phase is formally closed after we complete all activities across all process groups.
